Sales Admin Supervisor

As part of this growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Margaasih, Kab. Bandung, Jawa Barat. This role is essential in ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting sales operations, making it a key position for driving both customer satisfaction and business success.

The Sales Admin Supervisor will be responsible for :

• Oversee and manage the sales admin function
• Responsible for performing order processing from quotation to shipment as well as correspond with customers and internal departments on order requirements and delivery details
• Manage price/ claim adjustment in AX system
• Responsible for the compilation of reports for analysis and reporting to the Management
• Provide emergency support to the team based on business needs
• Other duties as assigned

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business and related field of studies
• 5+ years of experience in managerial position
• Strong complex problem solving
• Team player, possess strong team spirit and supervisory skill
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
