Job Responsibilities:
- Support to develop new accounts, expand product range and usage that focuses on exceeding sales growth
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Support Sales team for administrative task
Job Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate of Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Required Skills: presentation, interpersonal, negotiation
- Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication, analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiar using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
