Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma SMA / D3 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Marketing, or related roles is preferred.
Strong communication, responsiveness, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Responsibilities:
Handle and assist customers through chat platforms such as WhatsApp, marketplaces, and social media.
Explain products clearly using concise, effective, and easy-to-understand communication.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct customer follow-ups to improve sales conversion and closing rates.
Manage both inbound and outbound marketing prospects.
