Elexart event Organizer & planner Looking for candidate as sales admin event
Coordinate and negotiate with event vendors to ensure successful execution. Manage pre-event and post-event publicity to maximize brand exposure. Requirements:
Qualification :
Female
- Excellent command of English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- Min. 1 year
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, Excel & Power Point Presentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- Event planner: 1 year (Preferred) Vendor
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and attendees.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and venues.
- Team Collaboration :Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other teams.
