Wedison Indonesia is a fast-growing company in the automotive sector, committed to excellence and efficiency in all aspects of our business operations. We are looking for a organized, detail-oriented, and dependable General Admin to join our team and support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles (experience in the automotive or trading industry is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience with ERP software/databases is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic-to-intermediate proficiency in English is preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, good time management, and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Domiciled in Bali & able to join immediately
Responsibility:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative duties, maintain general filling systems (both digital and hard copies), and ensure smooth office operations.
2. Prepare, verify, and archive office correspondence, sales/purchase documentation, invoices, contracts, and internal memos.
3. Accurately enter operational/sales data into the company database and generate regular administrative reports for management.
4. Monitor and manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and stationary; handle procurement requests when necessary.
5. Provide administrative assistance to cross-functional departments (Sales, Finance, and HR) as needed.
6. Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
