- Perform competitor analysis and intelligent marketing to identify the best product or solution possible
- Execute customer prospect activities to increase and complete the data of prospective customers and create the activity report as well
- Establish cost structure for every purchase activity (both new and repeat orders)
- Resolve renting transaction with customers, including creating final quotation and contract
- Collaborate with Legal team to propose, review, and establish contract and SLA
- Perform contract and SLA negotiation with customers
- Provide and present detailed information of vehicle products and services to potential customers
- Handle administrative matters of customer’s documents and ensure that the first payment is paid
- Initiate trust and good relationship with customers and other team members
