Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales / Account Executive (Baby Shop) Alamii Food
- Check for stock at all account stores
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Looking for prospective account stores
- Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management & Manager
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Process complaints (exchange, returns) from partners
- Organize and manage online & offline promotional events
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct price check and competitor benchmark
- Work closely with operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Work closely with marketing team to align distribution channels and marketing activities to achieve sales target
- Min. 1-3 years in B2B Sales for babyshops especially in Jabodetabek area
- Maximal 35 year old
- Professional. Trustworthy. Able to build trust with partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly motivated to achieve target
- Excellent business sense, sales and negotiation skill
- Great time management skill: able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Has interest in Food Industry or similar products
- Able to mix WFH/WFO. Office is in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
- Ideally have own transportation to conduct routine sales visits
