Deskripsi pekerjaan Runner PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners

*Main Objective:*

The main objective of this role is to support the Company’s daily operational, administrative, project, construction, hospitality, and field-related activities by assisting with errands, document delivery, item collection, vendor coordination, office support, and other operational tasks as required by the Company.

The Runner will be responsible for ensuring that operational requests are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally, including delivering and collecting documents, purchasing or picking up items, supporting project and site needs, assisting with vendor follow-ups, and helping the internal team with field-related requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Support daily operational activities and field-related tasks as assigned by the Company.

* Deliver and collect documents, packages, goods, materials, or other items required by the office, project team, construction team, hospitality team, or management.

* Assist with purchasing, picking up, and delivering operational supplies, project materials, office needs, and other company requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, tailors, contractors, service providers, and other external parties when required.

* Support the office, project, construction, hospitality, legal, finance, HR, and management teams with operational errands.

* Ensure that all items, documents, and goods are delivered safely, correctly, and on time.

* Check and confirm that collected items match the request, quantity, and required specifications before delivery.

* Assist with urgent operational requests, including sudden errands, document delivery, item collection, or site-related support.

* Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, receipts, invoices, proof of payment, and other supporting documents.

* Coordinate with the relevant team regarding delivery status, pickup status, vendor updates, and any issues found during the process.

* Maintain company vehicles or equipment used for work in a clean, safe, and proper condition, if applicable.

* Report any delay, issue, damaged item, incorrect item, or delivery problem to the relevant team immediately.

* Maintain confidentiality of all Company, client, vendor, financial, legal, project, and operational information.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a runner, messenger, office support, operational staff, field assistant, or similar role.

* Familiar with Bali areas, especially Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Badung, and surrounding areas.

* Able to drive a motorcycle and/or car, with a valid driving license.

* Able to handle document delivery, item pickup, purchasing support, and operational errands.

* Good communication skills and able to coordinate professionally with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and external parties.

* Honest, responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to work according to instructions.

* Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational requests.

* Detail-oriented in checking items, documents, receipts, invoices, and delivery details.

* Able to provide clear updates regarding task progress, delivery status, and any issues in the field.

* Able to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic mobile applications for work coordination.

* Good attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to support different departments when required.

* Basic English communication skills will be considered an advantage.

*KPI Measurement:*

Performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

* Timeliness in completing delivery, pickup, and operational tasks.

* Accuracy in delivering documents, items, goods, and materials to the correct location or recipient.

* Responsiveness in handling urgent operational requests.

* Accuracy in checking collected items, quantities, specifications, receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.

* Consistency in providing clear updates to the relevant team regarding task progress and completion.

* Ability to coordinate professionally with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

* Reliability in supporting office, project, construction, hospitality, and administrative needs.

* Ability to handle field-related issues, delays, or incorrect items professionally and promptly.

* Proper documentation of receipts, invoices, proof of payment, and delivery records.

* Compliance with the Company’s operational procedures, instructions, and confidentiality standards.

* Overall contribution to smooth daily operations and field coordination.
