Responsibilities :
1. Prepare product, props and other necessities needed for the photoshoot.
2. Assist the Art Director, Photographer and Videographer in setting up equipment and production needs.
3. Ensure the photoshoot runs smoothly by managing logistics and addressing any issues that arise.
4. Keep track of all products that need to be photographed and ensure nothing is missed during the shoot.
5. Provide hands-on support to the photographer, including adjusting lighting, managing cables, and handling equipment.
6. Assist in styling and setting up production elements to match the creative direction.
7. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all props, equipment, and materials are ready and accessible.
8. Help with packing and wrapping up after the shoot, making sure everything is properly stored.
9. Stay proactive on set, anticipating needs and quickly responding to last-minute changes.
10. Work closely with the creative team to ensure high-quality execution of the shoot.
Qualifications :
1. Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and camera equipment (experience is a plus).
2. Quick learner with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3. Physically fit and able to carry photography equipment when needed.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills to assist the photographer and other crew members.
6. Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions carefully.
7. Passion for photography and willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
8. Experience in a photography studio or assisting on shoots is a bonus.
9. Ability to travel for shoots and work flexible hours as needed.
10. Comfortable handling small tasks efficiently to support the productionprocess.
