Qualifications – RPA Developer
Placement for Multifinance Industry
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in RPA / IT support / automation / project-related roles
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end RPA development (development, debugging, and optimization) using UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Microsoft Power Automate
- Familiar with bot monitoring, error handling, and log management
- Experience in project delivery activities, including requirement gathering, UAT support, deployment, and post go-live monitoring
- Experience in application support/helpdesk, including incident handling, troubleshooting, and user support
- Knowledge of system parameter configuration and branch employee access rights management
- Strong communication and coordination skills, fast learner, and proficient in Microsoft Excel
