Job Description
- Oversee the execution of daily routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle allocation and resolve any routing issues in real-time to minimize disruptions.
- Gather and analyze data related to route performance, including delivery times, and other route details to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on route performance and provide recommendations for route adjustments or optimizations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and management to address routing challenges and ensure smooth coordination during daily operations.
- Support the creation of new routes and modifications to existing ones, aiming to enhance delivery speed, vehicle utilization, and overall cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Higher (Prefer Operational based in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
- Fluent in Mandarin
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, route planning, or transportation management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- High-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Able to adapt in fast paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
