Deskripsi pekerjaan Risk Management Officer Pt Kaf Sekuritas
- Can formulate policies and SOP, strategies and guidelines for the implementation of risk management inaccordance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct objective testing, evaluation and recommendations for improvement of the implementation of RMsystem by following changes in factors affecting the company's business.
- Monitor, identify, mitigate, control and follow up on existing risks and provide reports and recommendations to the board of directors periodically.
- Oversee the consistent implementation of investment policies and procedures.
- Evaluate & review a client's credit reputation and set & monitor trade/financing limits.
- Take preventive measures (forced sales) against customer accounts that exceed the ratio limit.
- Identify, measure monitor and report the level of, and mitigation efforts around the firm's operational risk, with a focus on fraud, information technology information security and model risk.
- Monitor, review and communicate the impact to the risk profile of future initiatives, including new product assessments, changes to trading strategies, targeted risk reviews, and major business changes.
- Design and implement the entire risk management process for the organization, which includes analysis of the company's financial impact when risks occur, as well as ensuring the implementation of AML and CFT programs.
- Can manage the risk control system by creating, determining, and setting risk parameters in accordance with applicable policies.
- Carry out internal control of the company in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data to ensure optimal use of technology.
- Responsible and maintain an effective risk management framework in identifying, monitoring and managing key risks faced by the company.
- Bachelor’s degree major in Accounting or Finance from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience in capital markets & financial institutions industry specifically in RM Division.
- Has an Active WPPE license from OJK (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) and certificate of competence in the field of risk management.
- Know and understand about capital market regulations and risk management principles, framework and process.
- Excellent skills in computer, data entry and MS Office skills (excel, visio, word, power point).
- Possess excellent English verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
- Having ability to control, analytical thinking, conceptual, strategic, planning and organizing, relationship building, business orientation and customer service oriented.
