What you'll be doing
- Actively recruiting and onboarding new delivery riders to meet the company's staffing needs
- Managing, training and providing ongoing support to the rider team to ensure high-quality service and on-time deliveries
- Monitoring rider performance and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with the operations team to optimise delivery routes and schedules
- Resolving any issues or concerns raised by riders or customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar recruitment or operations role, preferably in the mass hiring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- A valid driver's licence and a good understanding of local road networks and traffic patterns
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recruitment, scheduling and performance tracking
