We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RF & Network Optimization Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing solutions to the customer regarding their needs in Network Monitoring or Network Optimization. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the sales activity and in implementing best practices to maintain high standards of service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the current situation of customers' network assessments and optimization tools, as well as the monitoring tool.
- Providing solutions to enhance customers' operations by offering our solutions.
- Help the customer to utilize our tools after they purchase our solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing troubleshooting and maintenance regularly.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a male candidate who has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree and possesses a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Wireless Communications, Network Monitoring, Communications Equipment, Satellite Mobile Communications, Mobile Testing, Telecommunications, and AI Systems. Experience in Network System maintenance and optimization would be highly advantageous.
English proficiency is a must (Speaking and Writing), and also willing to handle customer inquiries and have good presentation skills.
