Reward & Remuneration Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and executive remuneration programs aligned with company policies and market practices.
2. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
3. Review and evaluate job grading, salary structures, and incentive schemes.
4. Support annual salary review, bonus, and executive remuneration planning
5. Prepare compensation proposals, reports, and analysis for management decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal compensation policies.
7. Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to improve reward strategies.
8. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and reward policies and processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Executive Remuneration, or Total Rewards.
3. Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation structures.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis); experience with HRIS is a plus.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
7. Experience in large-scale or multinational companies is an advantage.
8. Mandarin proficiency is a plus, not mandatory
