Revit Drafter / BIM Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Revit Drafter / BIM Technician to join our team in Uluwatu and work on high-end residential and hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed BIM models, construction documentation, quantity take-offs, topography analysis, and shop drawings for luxury villas and boutique hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce complete architectural construction drawings and detailed documentation.
• Create and manage complex Revit massing and conceptual geometry models.
• Model and analyze site topography and terrain modifications.
• Generate and manage Cut & Fill schedules and earthwork calculations.
• Create and maintain Quantity Take-Off (QTO) schedules for materials and construction elements.
• Prepare detailed Shop Drawings for architectural, structural coordination, custom furniture, joinery, metalwork, and construction execution.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review drawings for constructability and site implementation.
• Support project teams during design development, tender, and construction phases.
• Ensure BIM standards, drawing quality, and project documentation consistency.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and project documentation.
• Experience producing construction documentation for residential or hospitality projects (luxury villa or resort projects)
• Experience creating detailed shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical modelling challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction methods and materials.
• Experience with BIM collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
