Role Purpose
Responsible for managing the daily operations and sales execution of the retail store, ensuring high standards of customer experience, team performance, store presentation, and operational efficiency. Retail Supervisor will supervise the store team, monitor daily sales performance, ensure operational standards are followed, and support the smooth running of the store.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, store supervision, or store management.
- Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage daily operations and multiple priorities.
- Proactive, responsible, and hands-on.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of store presentation.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the retail schedule.
