What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coach store promoters (SPG) to ensure performance targets are met
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor display consistency, sales readiness, and merchandising execution
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and VM activities
- Track and report store performance, customer insights, and competitor activity
- Handle SPG scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination (with support from the team)
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Warehouse) to align on timelines and goals
- Support event and pop-up execution, from preparation to on-ground coordination
- Coordinate with B2B partners, and vendors to support sales activities
- Ensure timely and detailed reporting, follow-ups, and resolution of store issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail, field sales, or store operations
- Proven track record in handling multiple outlets with consistent performance results
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to travel frequently for store visits and activations
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing logistics and reporting
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
