We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Retail Store Staff to join our team in Bali.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Currently based in Bali
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Good spoken English is required
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to learn and explain product knowledge clearly
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling sales transactions and basic administration
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in-store
- Recommend products based on customers’ needs
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, and how to use them
- Handle sales transactions and payments
- Maintain product displays and overall store presentation
- Monitor and organize retail stock
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Assist with daily sales and stock reports
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
