RETAIL STORE MANAGER

And it's the person who takes ownership of what happens inside.
ECOEGO currently operates 4 stores across Bali, with more growth ahead. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not simply manage a store.

We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager who doesn't just want to run a store, but wants to build one.
Someone who can lead people, understand customers, drive sales, solve problems and make things happen.
Someone who walks into a store and thinks:
“How can I make this better today?”
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
PEOPLE
Lead, coach and develop a team that genuinely cares about the customer and the brand.
SALES
Own store performance, understand the numbers and turn insights into action.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Create a warm, thoughtful and memorable experience,not just another transaction.
OPERATIONS
Keep the store running beautifully from stock and product presentation to daily operations and reporting.
BRAND
Make sure every store reflects the ECOEGO experience, standards and attention to detail.
PROBLEMS
When something isn't working, don't wait for someone else.

THE SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of people leadership, commercial thinking, operational discipline and brand sensitivity.
PEOPLE & LEADERSHIP
- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
- Able to coach, motivate and develop people.
- Comfortable giving feedback and handling difficult conversations.
- Good understanding of different personalities and team dynamics.
SALES & COMMERCIAL
- Strong understanding of retail sales and customer behaviour.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Able to read performance and identify opportunities.
- Able to turn observations into practical ideas to improve sales.
OPERATIONS
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good understanding of stock and inventory control.
- Able to maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Comfortable with reporting and operational follow-up.
OWNERSHIP & PROBLEM SOLVING
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility.
- Doesn't need to be told what to do every time.
- Looks for ways to improve rather than simply maintain.
BRAND & COMMUNICATION
- Good eye for presentation, detail and store atmosphere.
- Understands that retail is an extension of the brand.
- Clear and confident communication.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, design or conscious living is a plus.
- English communication skills are a plus.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need a perfect CV.
You might be a great fit if you have experience in:
- Retail Store Management
- Assistant Store Management
- Retail Team Leadership
- Premium / Lifestyle / Fashion Retail
- Multi-store retail operations
Experience opening a new store or developing a retail team is a plus.
