The role of Store Crew/Retial Shop Assistant involves maintaining the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product selections, managing inventory, organizing displays, handling cash transactions, and supporting marketing initiatives within the store. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the team, maintain a clean and professional workspace, and contribute to a positive and energetic retail atmosphere.
We are looking for a female candidate with an Associate Degree or equivalent education. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or related fields. Strong skills in customer service, sales, and marketing are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
