We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilites :
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively promote and sell products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support daily store operations and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Female, aged 23 years or above.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good product knowledge and sales ability, with the confidence to recommend products and close sales.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
