As a Retail Sales Representative at Lab Diamond Nusantara, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales within our retail outlets. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing detailed product information, and offering personalized recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of products, ensuring the store is well-presented, and contributing to the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will assist in managing sales targets and supporting marketing initiatives to promote our brand. Your enthusiasm for the jewelry industry and a keen eye for detail will be invaluable assets in this position.

We are seeking candidates who possess a minimum of SMA/SMK educational qualification and have between one and three years of experience in sales or related fields. While prior experience in the jewelry industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Key skills required for this role include strong customer service abilities, a solid understanding of sales strategies, proficiency in sales and marketing techniques, and excellent communication skills.
