Responsibility
- Manage sales for the Genny Shoes brand at Matahari Department Store
- Supervise sales staff (SPG/B) for the Genny Shoes brand
- Proficient in sales reporting
- Possess strong sales strategy skills
- Willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia
- Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports
- Able to conduct evaluations and analyze sales and manpower
Requirement
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, experience as a Team Leader or Coordinator is an advantage
- Possesses leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Capable of performing basic sales data analysis and generating reports
- Possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Result-oriented and skilled at building strong customer relationships
- Willing to work shifts or weekends as required for retail operations
- Capable of delivering presentations and coordinating across departments

Required to cover the Jabodetabek, Kalimantan, Yogyakarta & Solo, and Bali & Lombok areas.
