Job Description
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Actively support sales by explaining ongoing promotions and assisting in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays in the store.
- Monitor stock availability, report low stock levels, and restock items when needed.
- Record sales transactions accurately and prepare daily or routine sales reports.
- Learn and stay updated on new products in order to explain them clearly to customers.
- Help maintain store security and ensure the sales area is properly managed.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience to ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Currently residing in Bali.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- High energy with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Friendly and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Proactive, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and improve skills.
- Good communication skills to help create a positive guest experience.
- Confident in speaking and interacting with customers.
