Retail Operations Lead (Multi-Store)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Retail Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple store locations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining consistent customer experience across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores
- Ensure each branch achieves sales targets and operational KPIs
- Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising and brand standards
- Lead, supervise, and develop store teams (SPG, store supervisors, etc.)
- Coordinate with HQ (marketing, supply chain, finance) for execution and alignment
- Ensure stock availability, inventory accuracy, and proper store operations
- Handle operational issues and provide quick, effective solutions
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple stores
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven with strong analytical thinking
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel between store locations
