JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales growth, counter profitability, and productivity per SPG and selling space.
- Location-specific action plans to improve target achievement and underperforming counters.
- Area coordinators and sales teams through coaching, store visits, and performance reviews.
- Consistent execution in service, visual merchandising, promotions, and stock availability.
- Coordination with department store teams on selling space, operational standards, and promotional execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in fashion retail, including management of multiple department store counters.
- Proven results in sales improvement and leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong understanding of consignment operations, retail KPIs, inventory, and manpower planning.
- Experience with an established fashion brand preferred.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to travel regularly.
