Job Description
Support the Retail Supervisor in handling operational administration, reporting, documentation, and store coordination to ensure smooth daily operations across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and compile operational data from all stores.
- Update and maintain reports using Google Sheets or other reporting tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up with Store Leaders regarding reports, attendance, checklists, and other operational documents.
- Manage staff schedules and attendance records.
- Prepare meeting minutes (MOM) and follow up on action items.
- Assist in operational audits by preparing checklists, compiling audit results, and tracking corrective actions.
- Organize and maintain operational documents in Google Drive or the company's filing system.
- Support administrative tasks such as purchase requests and operational documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Retail Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or retail operations role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the retail or F&B industry is an advantage.
