What Will You Do:
- Manage purchasing and procurement processes based on sales targets, demand, and inventory needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, Marketing, Sales, and Store teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and product movement across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate product distribution from suppliers to warehouses and stores.
- Monitor inbound, fulfillment, and inventory processes to ensure smooth product flow.
- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and product performance reports.
- Analyse product and inventory data to identify stock and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations teams to improve sales performance and cost efficiency.
What Are The Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 from any major.
- 1–2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Purchasing, Procurement, E-commerce, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in Beauty, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience managing purchasing for marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Familiar with inbound, fulfillment, and inventory management processes.
- Good understanding of skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or personal care categories is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and data.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
