1. About the Role
The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing retail operations across all Bali Buda outlets, ensuring strong sales performance, effective inventory management, and excellent in-store customer experience.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance by outlet, category, and SKU to identify opportunities
- Ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts
- Monitor product movement and manage fast/slow moving items
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Conduct regular store audits (display, cleanliness, readiness)
- Lead, train, and develop retail teams including supervisors and staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all outlets
- Handle and analyze customer feedback to improve shopping experience
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, and Data teams
- Use data insights to support decision-making
3. Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management skill
- Solid understanding of inventory management and retail operations
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Able to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
