The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of online sales channels. Key responsibilities include managing order fulfillment processes, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role also involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, as well as analyzing performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads. Additionally, the Retail Manager will work closely with the marketing team to optimize online store performance and enhance customer experience.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have between 3 and 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or retail management, with a strong background in digital marketing, order management, and store operations.
