- High School Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and sociable personality
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in product labeling and stock accuracy
- Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
- Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Description
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service to guests
- Handle retail transactions and ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Support the overall daily operations of the retail shop
- Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate inventory handling
- Assist with receiving and releasing retail goods
- Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and well-maintained
- Accurately record all transactions on the Shopping Charge Form
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Assist with other retail operational tasks as required
