JOB DESCRIPTION & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Retail Fitness Consultant, you will act as the vital brand ambassador for PrimaFit. You will merge your personal passion for fitness and wellness with the customer service to maximize sales, match clients with tailored equipment suites, and cultivate lasting premium consumer relationships.
• Consultative Sales & Engagement:
Welcoming showroom visitors, actively listen to their unique physical goals, and provide tailored expert recommendations on fitness equipment.
• Target Achievement:
Drive individual sales performance and collaborate toward collective store milestones by delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Relationship Management:
Build and nurture an active database of local residential and commercial clients to generate repeat business and exceptional satisfaction metrics.
• Product Knowledge Mastery:
Stay completely aligned with the latest fitness industry trends, technical product specifications, and brand campaigns to provide authoritative insights.
• Showroom Operations:
Help maintain peak visual merchandising standards, manage localized stock counts, and execute clean administrative data entry.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Fitness Enthusiast:
Genuine love for sports, healthy living, and regular engagement in physical activities.
• Industry Experience:
Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
• Communication Power:
Natural “people person” qualities with active listening skills, empathy, and strong persuasion capability.
• Drive & Growth Mindset:
Highly goal-oriented, competitive spirit, and an eagerness to absorb structured sales training.
• Technical Literacy:
Possess foundational computer literacy (emails, spreadsheeting, and modern point-of-sale systems).
• Mobility:
Local residency or immediate availability to be stationed full-time in Bali or Surabaya.
