Retail Associate (Jakarta)
Location: Jakarta (Mall-Based Stores)
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Retail Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be the face of the brand on the sales floor, assisting customers and contributing to store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed
- Support visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
- Handle cashiering and daily transactions accurately
- Assist in stock replenishment and maintain inventory accuracy
- Support execution of promotions and in-store activities
- Follow store procedures and operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3)
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
