Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate store stock replenishment with the Inventory team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and discount programs.
- Oversee retail and consignment store operations in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor the achievement of sales targets and KPIs, and devise improvement plans.
- Lead the execution of sales events, from initial briefings to post-event evaluations.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise store maintenance and facilities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop training and coaching programs for the store team.
- Handle operational issues, policy violations, and potential fraud.
- Ensure visual merchandising and customer service standards are consistently applied.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations and performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Regional Manager, Area Supervisor, or in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Proven experience in managing multiple store locations and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the fashion, footwear, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop teams.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various store locations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer oriented with a passion for growing the retail business.
