Position: RETAIL / SALES LEADER
📍 Location: Canggu, Bali
GREENS is looking for a Retail / Sales Leader to support our growing retail operation in Canggu, Bali.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, sales-oriented, and experienced in F&B / retail operations, with strong reporting and team coordination skills.
🔎 REQUIREMENTS
• Based in Bali, preferably Canggu / surrounding area
• Minimum 1 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or related industries
• Previous experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, Sales Leader, Retail Leader, Shift Leader, or similar position is highly preferred
• Strong experience in F&B / retail sales and daily operational activities
• Experienced in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Comfortable handling sales reports, stock/inventory reports, product movement, waste, and operational reports
• Able to monitor and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Able to lead, coordinate, and monitor team performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident dealing with customers, store PICs, vendors, and business partners
• Good understanding of SOP, hygiene, cleanliness, product handling, and F&B service standards
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and highly organized
• Able to work independently and take initiative in solving operational issues
• Fluent in English is highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational needs
• Passionate about sales, customer experience, F&B, wellness, and premium retail
