INHALE. is a growing jewellery brand inspired by effortless style and everyday confidence. We design high-quality stainless steel jewellery and sell through our retail store, online channels, and weekend markets.
About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and creative team member who enjoys connecting with customers both in-store and online. This is a hands-on role combining retail sales, content creation, and e-commerce. Every day is different—you might be helping customers find the perfect piece, filming Instagram content, updating our online store, or supporting a weekend market event.

Key Responsibilities
Retail & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and confidently recommend products.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle POS transactions, opening and closing procedures, and stock replenishment.
- Support weekend markets, pop-up events, and product launches.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram and other platforms.
- Film, edit, and publish short-form content aligned with our brand.
- Write compelling captions and assist with content planning.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh creative ideas.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
E-commerce
- Maintain product listings across our website and online marketplaces.
- Ensure product information, pricing, inventory, and imagery are accurate.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Help improve the online shopping experience and conversion.
What We're Looking For :
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Experience in retail, customer service, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable creating videos and appearing behind or in front of the camera.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
