Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and overall performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the restaurant area.
- Assist in inventory control and report stock needs to management.
- Support the General manager/ Operation Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure all company policies and service standards are followed by the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Familiar with POS systems and basic operational reporting
