Responsibilities:
- Train, develop, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
- Ensure exceptional product quality and service to maintain a strong company rating.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service, efficiency, speed, workload, loss reduction, and delivery speed.
- Effectively control food costs (FC) and labor costs (LC).
Requirements:
- Proven experience: Minimum 1 year in a managerial role in Restaurant Level.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
- Adaptability: Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset: Willingness to learn and mentor others.
