Job Description:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent service standards.
- Lead and support service staff during shifts, including task allocation and break scheduling.
- Ensure excellent guest experience by being present on the floor and handling guest feedback or complaints.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting when required.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure efficient service flow.
- Support manpower planning by monitoring attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain service and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Report operational issues and improvement opportunities to Restaurant Management.
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor role is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good understanding of service standards and guest handling.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
