We are looking for a Female Restaurant Supervisor with a warm personality, attractive and well-groomed appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong experience in restaurant operations, especially in a Breakfast Restaurant or Café.
We need someone who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team confidently, and ensure everything runs smoothly without constant supervision.
WHAT WE OFFER
* Basic Salary: IDR 5,500,000/month (higher salary negotiable depending on experience and capability)
* Service Charge: Approximately IDR 1,000,000–2,000,000/month

REQUIREMENTS
* Female, maximum 27 years old
* Presentable, friendly, warm, and confident personality
* Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or café operations
* Breakfast restaurant experience is a strong advantage
* Good leadership and team management skills
* Good English communication skills
* Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Able to handle customer complaints and solve problems independently
* Understand restaurant SOP, service standards, staff scheduling, stock control, and daily operations
* Able to work under pressure and take initiative
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take charge of daily restaurant operations
* Supervise, guide, and motivate the team
* Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
* Manage staff discipline, attendance, and scheduling
* Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
* Monitor stock, inventory, and wastage
* Ensure the team follows SOP and works efficiently
* Take ownership of problems and make sure they are properly resolved
