𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or similar role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Target-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be assigned based on company operational needs.
𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨
- Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the outlet team.
- Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Drive sales performance and achieve outlet KPIs and business targets.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with the Area Manager to improve outlet performance.
