Gema Restaurant & Societiet is looking for passionate, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team.

We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about hospitality, have excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.

- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide accurate food and beverage information.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area.

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other operational teams.

- Ensure a consistently excellent guest experience throughout the dining journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.

- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-groomed, presentable, confident, and professional in appearance.

- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer service.

- Able to work in a team and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Basic English communication skills are preferred.

- Positive attitude, discipline, integrity, and a strong willingness to learn.
