Mesuaka Social House is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and support the successful growth of our venue. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building systems and teams from the ground up, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, coach, and motivate Front of House team members.
* Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
* Develop, implement, and enforce operational SOPs.
* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and productivity.
* Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
* Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
* Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and team development.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Experience managing schedules, inventory, cost control, and daily reporting.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on hospitality environment.
* Experience in pre-opening projects or startup hospitality businesses is a strong advantage.
* Willing to work in Bingin, Uluwatu.
About the Role
This is a highly operational and hands-on position. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in building the team culture, implementing systems, and ensuring a successful guest experience as Mesuaka Social House continues to grow. Restaurant managers are typically responsible for leading service teams, managing operations, controlling costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining operational standards.
