JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant (including Pot Hole). This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, leading the Front-of-House team, and ensuring the restaurant achieves its business objectives.

LOCATION

Pot Boy Aru, Row 9, Blok M, Jakarta Selatan

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations.

Ensure excellent guest service and operational standards.

Manage and develop the Front-of-House team.

Drive restaurant performance and business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, purchasing, and basic financial processes.

Business-minded with strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Willing to work flexible shifts.
