Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH & BOH teams
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Control operational costs, inventory, and restaurant budgets
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Work closely with management to achieve business targets and improve overall performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and operations
- Positive attitude, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- Familiar with inventory, budgeting, and reporting systems
- Bali placement preferred
