an Operational Manager to run the daily operations of our coffee shop at Pondok Labu and Cilandak.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of F&B operations management experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Financial literacy (cost control, budgeting, and P&L basics)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Experience in a cafe/coffee shop setting (a plus)
Responsibility:
- Overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Managing, training, scheduling, and recruiting (when needed) staff
- Controlling inventory and operational costs
- Ensuring service and product quality standards
- Preparing sales and operational reports for management
