As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, including ensuring optimal service quality for customers, managing staff, overseeing the ordering and serving of food, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating with the kitchen and customer service teams to ensure all operational aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
We are seeking candidates who hold a diploma and have 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management or food service. Candidates must possess skills in customer service, network monitoring, and teamwork, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office. Experience in catering management, kitchen design, Western-style restaurants, fast-food restaurants, and quality control is highly valued.
