- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Financial oversight
- Maintaining excellent customer services
- Managing staff
- Creating monthly inventory report
- Maintaining daily inventory
- Maintaining relations with external parties
- Managing and executing marketing campaigns
- Managing sales
- Monitoring coffee cart operations
- Doing monthly general cleaning & meeting
- Handling audits from the Head Office
Job Qualification
- At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
