7. Creating monthly inventory report
8. Maintaining daily inventory
9. Maintaining relations with external parties
10. Managing and executing marketing campaigns
11. Managing sales
12. Monitoring coffee cart operations
13. Doing monthly general cleaning & meeting
14. Handling audits from the Head Office

Job Qualification

1. At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
2. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
4. Willing to be placed at Surabaya
