Job Descriptions:
- Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality.
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak hour efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Analyze financial reports and assist in reaching revenue targets.
- Enforce hygiene standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of restaurant operational software (POS, inventory, reservations).
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
